QI-Technologie, together with its partners, has developed a wide range of solutions for both outdoor and underground car parks, in various areas of intervention such as coatings, injection, waterproofing, and joint stabilization.
Car parks are areas exposed to various types of aggression, such as water, high concentrations of CO2, and vibrations caused by vehicle traffic. These chemical and physical aggressions accelerate the damage to concrete and, consequently, the steel reinforcements.
As a result, these areas tend to suffer from different types of pathologies such as:
• Worn coatings;
• Deep and superficial cracking;
• Damaged joints;
• Infiltrations;
