Painting and repair of submerged structures

Our products and technologies are developed for various underwater activities in accordance with structural requirements and underwater application possibilities. We are able to intervene in different types of concrete and steel structures using injection resin technologies, bonding and fixing elements with epoxy-based mortars, implementing stabilization systems and protective coatings, as well as various joint sealing systems in submerged areas.

01 INJECTION TECHNOLOGY

Through resin injection technology, we are able to repair various pathological cases such as the sealing and restoration of cracks, area-wide waterproofing, the consolidation and stabilization of structures, the sealing of high and low water pressures, and resin injection in underwater activities.

02 CONCRETE AND METAL REPAIR AND PROTECTION

Following all necessary studies and the correct assessment of the state of concrete and metal structures, care must be taken regarding the compatibility of repair materials (strengths and moduli of elasticity), as well as their selection and application (in terms of alkaline mortars and synthetic products) to ensure the maximum durability of the structures.

04 REHABILITATION IN THE WATER AND WASTEWATER INDUSTRY

For structures in permanent contact with catchment, sea, potable, or wastewater, we offer a wide range of rapid systems with high chemical resistance from pH 0 to 14, including hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S), emphasizing compatibility with the existing moisture in these types of structures.

05 CONTINUOUS TECHNICAL FLOORING

Beyond aesthetics, continuous technical flooring is the foundation for the diverse needs and requirements of the pharmaceutical, hospital, and food industries, with a focus on hygiene, conductivity factors, high chemical and mechanical resistance, and the ability to cover cracking.

06 EXPANSION JOINTS AND WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS

Our concern regarding waterproofing systems is to guarantee watertightness while also ensuring greater diffusion and thermal control in structures; our systems are designed for this guarantee. As a solution for the different needs in expansion joints, we have developed systems with various application typologies and ergonomics.
