DESCRIPTION

Preformed sealant produced by extrusion and vulcanisation of elastomers. The elastomer is classified into two types:
– Type 1 – Profile produced from an oil-resistant elastomer compound
for phenic and aromatic oils, respectively ASTM No. 1 and ASTM No. 3
– Type 2 – Profile produced from a non-oil-resistant elastomer compound

APPLICATIONS

• Dams
• Tunnels
• Reservoirs
• Expansion joints under high hydrostatic pressures up to 2.0 MPa
