Our reference project this month is the application of the combined epoxy ESD coating system, stoPox WL 100 and StoPox WL 113, applied in an electronics industry hall. One of the main requirements of electronics industry halls is an ESD floor, to dissipate electrostatic energy, thereby eliminating the problems it could cause for workers and materials.
QI-Technologie always seeks to present the solutions that best suit local needs. In this case, the solution presented was the combination of StoPox WL 100, StoPox WL 113 and StoDivers LS. The main characteristics of this ESD coating system are low VOC emissions, excellent adhesion to dry and slightly damp substrates, and the ability to convert a floor into an ESD floor through a very simple application process. The results of applying this system not only meet the necessary requirements, but also offer low maintenance costs and an excellent visual appearance.
