UnderWater Protect system developed for the repair and protection of submerged pillar surfaces, for concrete, metal, and wood

APPLICATIONS

The underwater protect system consists of:

UW Protect Sealer EP – Adhesive mortar used in the system for top sealing of capsules, as well as for joint sealing and crack filling.

UW Protect Capsule – Capsule made of rigid GRP material with high mechanical and chemical resistance for the application of the UW Protect system

UW Protect Mineral – Highly fluid mineral solution with fast setting, based on special cement, fine mineral aggregates, and natural inerts with high water absorption capacity. High early compressive strength and high flexural tensile and bond strength.

UW Protect EP – Fluid epoxy-based grout with high mechanical strength, for submerged and immersed application, applied between the repair area and the UW Protect Capsule protection system

UW Protect Block – Cylindrical polyethylene foam profile intended for pre-sealing the bottom of the capsule before injection

UW Protect US – Low-viscosity, high-strength Urea Silicate-based hybrid product for submerged and immersed application, excellent adhesion to various damp substrates, applied to fill and structure the space between existing structures and the UW Protect®Capsule protection system.

UW Protect Coating – Epoxy resin for painting in immersed and submerged environments as part of the UW Protect® system, such as painting concrete and steel surfaces

UW Protect Repair EP – Two-component thixotropic mortar for submerged concrete repair, such as crack sealing and filling, as well as concrete and steel leveling and bonding

UW Protect Coating Paste – High-performance, 100% solids, solvent-free polyamine epoxy coating for the protection of concrete and steel structures in submerged environments.
